A clean start is what I need for 2011! I have loved all the cooking, baking and holiday food recently. Loved it a little too much, unfortunately, I feel incredibly unhealthy!
In October I took and loved the October Unprocessed challenge by Andrew from EatingRules which was for the month of October to eat no food that had been processed- harder than it sounds!
Well Andrew has come up with another challenge called “January rules” Which is to follow 3 very sensible, healthy rules
- Eat only 100% whole grains
Dont eat high fructose corn syrup
- Dont eat hydrogenated oils, trans fats or anything deep fried.
I have been invited to not only participate but do a guest post on this subject in January ( Me guest post! Crazy, I know! )
I am looking forward to not only the challenge but to healthier cooking, eating and feeling healthier- there really is nothing like that feeling!
While looking for a healthy food picture I came across this picture, taken in a food market in Istanbul earlier this year. (Looks healthy to me!)
