Ingredients:
– 1 cup of powdered sugar
– 1 1/2 cups of finely ground vanilla wafers
– 1 cup of chopped pecans
– 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 tablespoons of light corn syrup
– 1/4 cup of Kentucky Bourbon
– Additional powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar, ground vanilla wafers, chopped pecans, and cocoa powder.
2. Add the corn syrup and bourbon to the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
3. Once everything is mixed together, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the mixture in the fridge for at least one hour.
4. After the mixture has chilled, take it out and use a small cookie scoop to form the bourbon balls into 1-inch balls.
5. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until completely coated. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Once all of the balls have been formed and coated, store them in the fridge for at least an hour until firm.
