Apple Cobbler Crumble

This delicious Apple Cobbler Crumble is a perfect way to enjoy the taste of fall. This dessert is crispy on the top and juicy on the inside. It is perfect to serve with a big scoop of ice cream.


  • 8 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced (about 8 apples)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

This Apple Cobbler Crumble can be baked in a 9×13-inch baking dish or a 12-inch cast-iron skillet. You can also use other types of apples instead of Granny Smith. Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste preference.


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
