Fresh Cherry Crisp

This Fresh Cherry Crisp is the perfect dessert for summertime. Made with fresh cherries, this recipe is quick and easy to prepare. It’s sweet and tart, and pairs perfectly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small cubes

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
