  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in the chopped blueberries and mix well.
  3. Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface and brush the edges with the beaten egg.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the cream cheese filling in the center of the wonton wrapper.
  5. Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges to seal.
