  • 16-20 strawberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  1. Using a small knife or a strawberry corer, gently remove the stem and a small amount of the interior of each strawberry to hollow them out.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate small mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together, stir until well combined.
  4. Place the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a corner cut off. Pipe the filling into each of the hollowed-out strawberries, filling each to the top.
  5. Dip the cheesecake end of each strawberry into the graham cracker crust and roll it gently to coat.
  6. Place the strawberries onto a serving dish or a baking sheet and chill them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
