  • 1 package of premade sugar cookie dough
  • 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup of apricot jelly or preserves
  • 1 tablespoon of water


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let the cookie dough cool completely.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie dough.
  7. Arrange the fresh fruit slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  8. In a small saucepan, heat the apricot jelly or preserves and water until it becomes a liquid consistency.
  9. Brush the glaze over the fruit.
  10. Refrigerate the pizza until it is ready to serve.

  • This recipe can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve.
  • Feel free to use any other fresh fruits that you enjoy.
