  • 4 large apples, peeled and sliced into wedges
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Add the sliced apples, sugar, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and lemon juice to a large pot. Stir to combine.
