  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
