  • 1 (16 oz) package acini di pepe pasta
  • 1 (20 oz) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk


  1. Cook acini di pepe pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and crushed pineapple.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  4. Fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the pudding mixture over the pasta and fruit mixture, and stir until everything is well coated.
  6. Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
