Orange Gelatin Salad

This fruity and refreshing salad is perfect for any occasion and is sure to be a crowd pleaser! The combination of oranges and gelatin is both sweet and tangy, making it a perfect dessert or side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (3 ounce) packages orange-flavored gelatin mix
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream until it is smooth.
  5. Stir in the partially thickened gelatin mixture until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch dish and chill for at least 4 hours, or until it has set.
