Pistachio Fluff Fruit Salad

This Pistachio Fluff Fruit Salad is a refreshing and creamy fruit salad that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of whipped cream, pistachio pudding mix, and juicy fruits make this a crowd-pleasing favorite.


  • 1 can of crushed pineapple (20 oz)
  • 1 box of instant pistachio pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 container of whipped topping (8 oz), thawed
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 2 cups of mixed fruit (such as strawberries, grapes, bananas, and apples)
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios (optional)
