  • 1 bag of frozen French fries (about 28 oz)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
  • 2 tbsp butter

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Spread the frozen french fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. While the fries are baking, prepare the sauce by combining the mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and paprika in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a small skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and sauté the diced onion until golden brown and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  4. Once the fries are done, transfer them to a large serving dish. Pour the sauce over the fries, followed by the caramelized onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced jalapeños.
  5. Return the fries to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
